2010 St. Catharines Jets Registration Forms

The 2010 soccer season is upon us. Spaces are limited in all divisions so register early! Registration forms can be mailed in or dropped off at anytime at our clubhouse located behind the Polish Legion at 292-294 Vine Street through the mailslot in the door.  Regisration forms can be found online, at the clubhouse and are also available at Buckners Source for Sports in the Midtown Plaza on Welland Avenue and On the Ball located on Carlton Street.
